Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7-10 business days from the date of your order via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Our carriers provide curb side delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery. Please contact us if you would like more information on upgrading to white glove or in house delivery.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7-10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com

Shipping Time:

Shipping time will vary based off of the shipping destination. You can use the "Track Your Order" feature on our website for shipping updates. 

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping within the Continental US (48 states) for all of our products. Special shipping prices are available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply send an e-mail to support@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com with a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.

Description

This rustic coffee table features two drawers provides even more storage for your home! The drawers measure 11" W x 16" D x 5" H (Inside Dimensions) featuring full extension, ball bearing glides and a 30" W x 6" H x 18" D storage area. The back is nicely enclosed and features two raised panels for an added touch of sophistication. Trim pieces are skip peeled by hand using old-fashioned draw knives for a unique, one of a kind appearance.

Comes fully assembled. All Montana Woodworks products include a 20-year limited warranty at no additional cost. Hand crafted in Montana U.S.A. using genuine lodge pole pine!

Montana Woodworks® Corporation Limited Warranty

 

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers structural defect or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping agency.

The terms “structural defect” and “aesthetic damage” shall be defined on a per item basis by Montana Woodworks®, Inc.

 

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts for a period of twenty years from the date of original purchase.

 

What Will Montana Woodworks® Do?

Montana Woodworks will, at the sole discretion of Montana Woodworks®, repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of the item(s) in question.

 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God (such as floods, fire or tornado). Also, this warranty does not include fading, discoloration or cracking due to exposure to sunlight or weather. The solid wood, edge-glued panels used in case goods, tables, etc. are not intended for exterior use. Placement and/or use under such conditions will void this warranty. Failure to properly protect this product by the proper application and periodic re-application of a quality consumer grade or better finish such as lacquer, varnish or exterior grade, weather resistant stain per the finish manufacturer’s directions and as is applicable to the products intended use, will void this warranty.

 

How Do You Get Repairs?

In order to be eligible for warranted repairs, replacement or refund (choice of which will be at the sole discretion of Montana Woodworks®) you must either return the warranty registration card within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase or present a copy of the original receipt with the date and location of original purchase. Please be prepared to send pictures of the item showing the specific damage or defect resulting in the claim.
