Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7-10 business days from the date of your order via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Our carriers provide curb side delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery. Please contact us if you would like more information on upgrading to white glove or in house delivery.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7-10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com

Shipping Time:

Shipping time will vary based off of the shipping destination. You can use the "Track Your Order" feature on our website for shipping updates. 

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping within the Continental US (48 states) for all of our products. Special shipping prices are available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply send an e-mail to support@heavenlyfurnishingsco.com with a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website. (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.

Naturally rustic and eco-friendly, this table is built with bamboo sticks over a hardwood frame. It is perfectly sized to be used in multiples as a coffee table, or individually as a small side table. Please note, actual furniture and fabric colors may slightly differ from photos due to lighting and one's individual monitor settings.

    Warranty

    FURNITURE WARRANTY


    1. Padma’s Plantation warrants each of its outdoor products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first beneficial use by the original end consumer or one year and three months from the date of shipment, whichever is less.


    2. Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, freight damage, acts of nature (such as, but not limited to, freezing or high winds), extreme climate conditions, suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading, scratching or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture , accidental damage repair or modifications by consumer, commercial use, normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Proper maintenance of your product
    is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to the owner’s inspection of the frames, touch up of any minor damage and following the care instructions for our lines. Please contact Padma's Plantation customer service if you don’t have this document.


    3. Warranty claims must be made through, and handled by the selling dealer. The selling dealer must provide Padma’s Plantation with the original proof of purchase by the consumer as well as the Padma’s Plantation invoice number when requesting service under the terms of this warranty. Photographs of the product may be requested to process the claim.


    4. Padma's Plantation will review your warranty claim and determine the most appropriate corrective action. We may repair or replace any part of the product or the entire product at our sole discretion if it is determined that the product is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be of no charge to the customer. Padma's Plantation will pay the freight to and from Padma’s Plantation, if we approve the corrective action in advance, during the first 12
    months of the warranty (Padma's Plantation will select the carrier to be used). A Padma's Plantation representative may visit to inspect the defective product as part of the review process. Parts and labor are included in this warranty during the first 12 months.


    5. If the frame and/or finish have been discontinued, Padma’s Plantation reserves the right to substitute the defective frame in a similar style or finish at their option.
