Return Policy


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return Policy:

  • ACME Furniture Products:
We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged. Please contact us at to start a return for a damaged item. 
  • Montana Woodworks Products:

We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. You must provide a copy of the original receipt and location of purchase. The 90 days start on your date of purchase and we must receive your request before the 90 days end. Unless being returned under warranty conditions, the shipping cost of returning the product(s) will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Padma's Plantation Products:

Item must be returned within 30 days, must be in all original packaging in 100% perfect sellable condition. Customer pays return shipping charges. All returns have a 20% restocking fee, as the warehouse that we use charges us that to receive and inspect/restock the product. 

Return Process:

Please reference the above return policies. If your product is eligible for a refund please contact us at to start a return and explain the reason you want to return it. We will process a return request on your behalf. We will stay in contact with you by email, providing updates on the return process and what we need from you in order to complete the return.

Refund Policy:

We will issue a full refund minus return shipping costs and any other charges listed in the return policy to the payment method you used when you made your purchase. Your refund will be issued after we have confirmed that the product has been returned to our supplier's warehouse and is eligible for the refund. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

On ACME Furniture products: If your order has shipped we cannot accept the return.
